Asepsis begins production and marketing of its specialty general anesthetic portfolio

Asepsis announces the launch of Caspofungin Acetate for Injection in India.  This is Asepsis’s second product launch in India.  Asepsis plans to launch several more products in India in 2014.  Caspofungin is one of the first in the advanced anti-fungal drug class called echinocandis. These antifungals are indicated for the treatment of serious and/or resistant infections. It is often used in patients who cannot use or do not respond to other antifungal medications.
